Lavi fair -This amazing fair is held every year in the month of October or November at Rampur Bushahr. Himachal winter carnival 2019 -The great winter carnival of Manali is one of the most awaited events of the entire state. Renuka fair -The six days’ festival in Himachal is celebrated every year in the month of November. It starts ten days after Diwali. Legend has it that every year, Parshuram, who is believed to be the sixth avatar of Vishnu came to this place to visit his beloved mother. The fair commemorates the meeting of the mother and son.
